2. **Rental Agreement**: A signed rental agreement is required at the time of vehicle pick-up. The rental period begins when the vehicle is collected and ends when it is returned.
3. **Insurance**: Renters are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate insurance coverage. Micah Car Care LLC offers optional insurance packages at an additional cost.
4. **Fuel Policy**: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when picked up, or additional charges may apply.
5. **Vehicle Condition**: Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was rented. Damages or excessive wear and tear may result in additional charges.
6. **Mileage Limitations**: Some rental vehicles may have mileage limitations. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific details. Additional fees may apply for exceeding mileage limits.
7. **Late Returns**: Late vehicle returns are subject to additional fees. Please contact us in advance if you require an extension on your rental period.
8. **Cancellations**: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
9. **Prohibited Use**: Renters are prohibited from using rental vehicles for illegal activities, off-road driving (unless specified), or transporting hazardous materials.
10. **Liability**: Micah Car Care LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, theft, or personal injuries.
